Paper Submission Queries
For any query regarding your paper submission, please send an email mentioning your
Paper ID and the Conference Short Name with Year.
For example:
35-ESDA2026, where 35 is the Paper ID and
ESDA2026 is the conference code.
To facilitate quicker processing, kindly use the same email address through which you
have recently received communication from the Conference Office.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1. How do I upload my paper?
All manuscripts must be submitted through the
Conference Management System (CMT) as mentioned on the
Paper Submission page of the conference website.
Please do not send papers via email unless specifically requested by the organizers.
2. When and how will I receive the acceptance notification?
The corresponding author will normally receive the paper acceptance or rejection
notification within 30 days after successful submission.
The notification will be sent to the email address registered in the conference
management system.
Please do not reply to the automated notification email generated by
the conference management system, as those replies are not received by the organizing
committee.

3. Can my paper be published in an SCIE-indexed journal?
Yes. High-quality papers recommended by the Technical Program Committee may be
invited to submit an extended version to a suitable
SCIE-indexed journal related to the conference theme.
Publication is subject to:
- Recommendation by the Conference Organizers.
- Submission of an extended manuscript.
- Successful peer review by the respective journal.
- Final acceptance by the journal editorial board.
4. Can my paper be published in a Scopus-indexed journal?
Selected high-quality papers may be recommended for publication in
Scopus-indexed journals or Special Issues associated with the
conference.
The final publication decision depends entirely on:
- The scope of the journal.
- Peer-review reports.
- Editorial decision of the respective journal.
