Introduction to ESDA2026
The 9th International Conference on Energy Systems, Drives and Automations (ESDA2026) is an annual international conference that brings together researchers, scientists, engineers, academicians, industry professionals, and students from around the world. The conference provides an excellent platform for presenting and discussing recent advances in the interdisciplinary fields of Energy Systems, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Drives, Control Systems, Automation, and related technologies.
Energy production, conversion, utilization, and management are among the most significant challenges for sustainable economic growth and technological development. ESDA2026 aims to promote the exchange of innovative ideas, research findings, and practical experiences among experts from academia and industry. Authors will have the opportunity to present their latest research and interact with renowned researchers working in similar areas.
The conference organizers will assist authors in publishing selected high-quality papers in suitable SCIE/Scopus-indexed journals, book chapters, conference proceedings, and other reputed publication platforms, subject to the review process and publication policies.
Several papers presented at ESDA2019, ESDA2020, ESDA2021, ESDA2022, ESDA2023, ESDA2024, and ESDA2025 have subsequently been published in SCIE-indexed journals and other reputed international publications.

Instead of treating all accepted papers equally, the Technical Program Committee evaluates each paper based on its originality, technical quality, significance, and reviewer recommendations. Accordingly, papers are categorized into different publication levels.
- Grade A: Recommended for submission to suitable SCIE/Scopus-indexed journals, subject to the journal's peer-review process and editorial approval.
- Grade B: Recommended for publication in Scopus-indexed conference proceedings or book chapters, depending on the publication partner and scope.
- Grade C: Published in the ACT Conference Proceedings with ISBN and DOI, providing an official and citable publication.
Many Ph.D. scholars, researchers, and faculty members choose ESDA because of its strong focus on publication quality and academic visibility. The conference is committed to helping authors identify the most appropriate publication avenue for their research while maintaining high academic standards.
Every accepted and presented paper will be considered for publication through one of the conference's approved publication channels, subject to the conference policies and the applicable review process.

Proposed Publications:
As per theme and quality of the papers, different publication modes will be decided for different papers. After completion of the conference, authors will be invited
for uploading their papers in any one of the SCIE/SCOPUS indexed journals or SCOPUS indexed book chapters or online 'ACT proceedings' with ISBN.
These journals have both the modes of publications, as: Subscription mode(free of charges) and Open Access mode(chargeable). Authors have to choose any one of these two options of publications. Some names of probable publications journal/books are mentioned below:
(1) Journal of The Institution of Engineers (India): Series B (Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication and Computer Engineering), Springer-Nature, SCOPUS indexing.
(2) As per theme of the papers, some papers will be invited for uploading to SCOPUS indexed Book Chapters.
(3) Some full papers will be published in ACT Proceedings as online with ISBN number and AOI indexing.

(4) Conference Abstract Proceedings will be published as printed versions. Printed version will be distributed among the registered authors who will attend physically. For others, a PDF file will be sent by email. This PDF should not be linked with any Server, if so, for next time for publications this will the paper is published in plagiarism report.

ESDA2026: Flow of Paper Submission/Publication:
- Login to the paper uploading site: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ESDA2026
- Login with your existing email/password or create a new account.
- Upload your paper in one-column or two-column format (MS Word or PDF).
- Note down the paper ID generated automatically when paper is uploaded. This ID along with short form of conference name will be used for all future communications to the conference organizers.
- Then after some days, when review report(s) will be received from reviewers, authors will be able to view review report and Status of the paper as Accept/Reject. After uploading the paper, the corresponding author will receive the acceptance notice from the organizers through the CMT3/Microsoft site.
- If the paper is accepted, all required instructions will remain inside of the acceptance email. Please, read carefully all the instructions and complete registration by paying the fee to our bank account.
- After registration, Plz, Prepare your presentation (PPT) and present your paper at the conference venue either as physical or online mode. Registration Fee is same for the both modes of authors as Physical or Online mode.
- After the conference, we will send an email with publication guidelines for your paper.
